The New 31 Day Challenge-Saran Wrap

Hey hey hey!!  Happy hump day!!! New day, new challenge!!!  For todays new 31 day challenge we have saran wrap.  Now, I have never been real successful at this technique and this mani was no exception!  It just looks like I kind of put glitter top coat over a base polish!  But I like the results, it looks nice, just not the full effect of saran wrap!  For this mani I used
