The New 31 Day Challenge-Cheer Yourself Up Mani

Hey everybody!!  It's a new day so that means it's a new challenge!  For today we have cheer yourself up mani!!  Now I don't think I really have a particular mani I do when I'm feeling down...I can paint my nails any way to cheer myself up!!  But for this particular mani I decided to do something that would make me smile!   For this mani I used
