New job nail design

Hey everybody!!  I recently got a new job, which is very exciting, for me at least!!  I graduated in December of 2012 and this is the first job I have gotten since then.  I am now employeed at Sport Clips!!  In honor of my new job I did a design using their colors which are red, white, and black.  We get to wear cute referee shirts so I incorporated that into my design!!  For this mani I used
