Hey everyone!  Thanks for stopping by!!  For today we have blue for the 31 day challenge.  I decided to use Mentality's Sailor for this one.  Sailor is one of their matte polishes which I have fallen in love with!!   The formula and color selection can't be beat!!!  Here is the polish
